His broad industrial experience over 40 years comprises innovators and intellectual property driven entertainment, pharmaceutical, publishing, and technology companies alongside insurance, financial, leisure, luxury consumer goods, and toy companies. Mr. Morgenstern, a former Chair of the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section and a recipient of its Lifland Award, speaks and writes regularly on competition issues, and co-chairs the Practising Law Institute's annual Antitrust Law Institute.
