Sasha Mayergoyz

Sasha Mayergoyz focuses on patent disputes in the busiest district courts and at the Federal Circuit. Sasha recently helped secure a judgment as a matter of law of noninfringement in the Western District of Texas, defeating plaintiff’s claims for more than $200 million in damages. Sasha then argued the appeal, securing a summary affirmance. Sasha has also obtained numerous judgments of noninfringement and invalidity in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the District of Delaware. Sasha’s practice includes a heavy emphasis on appellate issues before the Federal Circuit, where he has led briefings for over 40 appeals and presented more than a dozen oral arguments. His cases span a broad range of technologies, such as semiconductors, software applications, wireless communications, data security, and blockchain.
