Sarah is a senior solicitor in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. Sarah specialises in chancery litigation predominantly involving the Companies Act, partnership/shareholder disputes, complex contractual claims, professional negligence, debt recovery and commercial fraud. A significant amount of her practice involves insurance litigation, mainly in the Technology & Construction Court. A skilled mediation advocate, Sarah endorses a holistic dispute resolution approach to litigation whilst sustaining an excellent track record at trial or interim applications. Clients include a major insurance company, large plcs and substantial owner managed businesses.
Sarah trained at Fox Williams before moving to BP Collins upon qualification in 2003. She joined IBB in 2010.
Sarah is a trustee and a member of the Footsteps Foundation.
Sarah regularly gives seminars to other professionals and training to clients.
Sarah achieved an LLB (Hons) at the London School of Economics in 1999, she then went on to gain her LPC at the College of Law in 2001. In her spare time, she acts as a trustee for a children’s neuromotor disorder charity and makes gins, jams and speciality marmalade.
