Paul is a partner and head of the commercial dispute resolution team and commercial services group. He advises on commercial disputes and related matters including commercial contracts, company, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, high-value debt recovery and product liability. Paul acts for clients in international litigation, arbitration and mediation. Paul’s clients include UK subsidiaries of international corporations, large UK listed and limited companies as well as SMEs in the Thames Valley and West London region. Paul has experience in the automotive, hotels, leisure and tourism and manufacturing industries.
Paul is an ADR Group qualified commercial mediator.
Paul began his career at Pictons, having been admitted as a solicitor in 1996. He joined IBB in 1999 and became partner in 2003.
Paul has written for the Financial Times as well as industry and C-suite publications.
Paul achieved an LLB from the University of East Anglia in 1993. He is married with a young family and is a School Governor.
