Amy deals with disputes in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, rural and agricultural land, and social housing. She has experience of a wide range of claims, including possession, disrepair, trespass, access injunctions, 1954 Act proceedings, trusts of land and professional negligence. Her clients include institutional investors, listed companies and social housing providers, in addition to private individuals.
Career
A graduate of both Oxford Brookes University and the University of Law, Oxford, Amy trained as a solicitor from October 2017 to April 2019 at an Oxfordshire firm, joining Penningtons Manches Cooper upon qualification. Amy previously worked as a paralegal at Penningtons Manches, specialising in post-completions support for the 70 strong fee-earner property team. Her role also involved all aspects of land registrations and SDLT for the commercial, residential and social housing teams.
