Sarah Ernst

Sarah is former co-chair of Alston & Bird’s Corporate Area and former chair of the Health Care Group, an interdisciplinary team of health care corporate, FDA, health policy, and health care compliance lawyers. Sarah focuses her practice on corporate transactions in the health care industry, and she represents public and private companies and private equity firms in complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, securities offerings, restructurings, joint ventures, and spinoffs. Sarah also counsels health care companies and boards of directors on corporate governance matters and ongoing SEC compliance and reporting obligations.
