Sarah leads Walkers Channel Islands Employment Law Group and is the head of Walkers Employment team in Guernsey. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Sarah advises companies in sectors ranging from financial services, insurance and legal to media on:

- tribunal claims and procedure

- contracts of employment

- internal grievance and disciplinary matters

- managing sickness absence

- misconduct and capability issues

- dismissals

- discrimination

- employment policies and procedures

- redundancies

- aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

She has been seconded to Employment Legal and HR teams, and has spent time in a major international bank where she gained experience of employment matters from a client’s perspective.
