Investment Funds: Advising many of the world’s most prominent asset managers, fund promoters, institutional investors, administrators, private equity houses and onshore law firms on the full life-cycle of structures.
Insolvency & Dispute Resolution: Advising on all aspects of civil litigation, particularly shareholder disputes, contentious banking and financial issues and asset tracing as well as on restructuring and insolvency issues with extensive experience in cross-border restructurings, insolvency litigation and distressed situations.
Regulatory: Advising on all aspects of financial services regulatory matters, the team brings substantial senior in-house experience, applying our knowledge to a wide range of businesses in the banking, insurance and reinsurance, investment fund, administrator, fiduciary and investment management sectors.

Insolvency & Dispute Resolution: Advising private equity funds, hedge funds, investment banks, fund managers, administrators, corporates and insolvency practitioners on high value, multijurisdictional and complex insolvency and dispute resolution matters.
Investment Funds & Corporate: Advising banks, fund managers, hedge funds, prominent private equity firms, investment managers both locally and globally on complex domestic and cross border transactions, with firsthand extensive experience in M&A, corporate re-organisations, fund formation, fund financing, investment vehicles, IPOs and joint ventures.
Private Capital & Trusts: Providing ultra-high net worth individuals, their advisors as well as many of the leading local and international trustees, family offices and other financial institutions, with advice on all forms of contentious and non-contentious trusts advice, regulatory requirements and private capital and structuring matters.
