Danielle advises on all aspects of employment law, focusing in particular on discrimination and employment-related disputes and is part of our Employment practice group.
Danielle has over 18 years employment law experience, including 14 years spent practising in the London office of a major international law firm. She advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including:
- drafting and negotiating employment documentation, including restrictive covenants
- assisting with employee relations matters
- representing clients in employment tribunal litigation
- advising on employment aspects of transactions
- assisting with the relocation of employees into Guernsey
- advising on pension and employee incentive issues
- assisting clients with the employment aspects of data protection compliance, including dealing with subject access requests
Danielle also has in-house experience, having undertaken a six-month client secondment with British Airways, advising on employee relations and trade union issues.

Before joining Walkers in 2022, Danielle worked in Baker McKenzie's London office in its UK employment law team. At Baker McKenzie she advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including the financial services, tech and retail sectors.
