As a member of the firm's Aviation Practice Group, Santiago advises banks, institutional lessors and other financing parties on commercial and business aircraft leasing and secured financings, including sale and leaseback, JOLCO and PDP financing structures. He also represents creditors in complex airline restructurings, including acting for the largest ad hoc group of bondholders in Aeroméxico's Chapter 11 proceedings.
His practice has been recognized by leading international legal directories for his work in energy, infrastructure, project finance and complex cross-border transactions.
