Paulina has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions involving Mexican companies across multiple sectors. She has also advised leading telecommunications companies, including Telefónica Movistar and Eutelsat, on M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters.

Career

Paulina received her law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Prior to joining Nader Hayaux Goebel, Paulina worked as an International Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
