Paulina Bracamontes

Paulina specializes in banking and finance, project finance and M&A, advising domestic and international financial institutions, multilateral lenders and corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions. Her practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of corporate and project financings, as well as equity investments across a broad range of industries.

She also advises banks and other financial institutions on financial regulatory matters, including licensing, corporate governance and regulatory approvals before the Mexican financial authorities.

Paulina has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions involving Mexican companies across multiple sectors. She has also advised leading telecommunications companies, including Telefónica Movistar and Eutelsat, on M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters.
