Sandra Rizzo is a senior counsel at Arnold & Porter who has over thirty years of experience in helping clients with their energy regulatory needs. She practices before FERC and in federal courts assisting electric generation and transmission owners with compliance, enforcement, and litigation matters. Her experience spans from representing clients in market design proceedings, such as the development of PJM’s capacity market, to obtaining FPA Section 203 approvals for mergers and acquisitions, to defending clients against claims made by the Office of Enforcement both in court and at the agency.
