Sally is a Partner in the Employment team and has specialised in employment law for around 20 years.
She works closely with clients to provide straight-forward, practical and commercial advice drawing upon the experience she gained from working client-side within the legal team of a well-known supermarket and an airline.
A large part of Sally's role involves managing client relationships, which she enjoys very much, but she is still a hands-on lawyer and assists with both day-to-day employment issues and the more complex and/or sensitive ones.

Sally Hulston is head of Lewis Silkin's Manchester office. Her expertise is broad and includes conducting sensitive workplace investigations and senior executive terminations, as well as discrimination claims and substantial restructurings.
