I am a Partner in the Employment team, and advise on the full range of employment law issues.

I work with companies across a range of sectors, including professional services, finance, entertainment, construction and travel.

I provide pragmatic and commercial advice on day-to-day employment queries. My practice includes advising on matters such as grievances and disciplinaries, dismissals, restructures and collective consultations, TUPE transfers and contract and policy reviews. I particularly enjoy working closely with clients to help them find the right commercial approach for their business.

I also advise employees, and my recent work includes representing clients in discrimination and whistleblowing matters as well as advising on terms of employment and negotiated exits.

I have extensive experience in litigation and day-to-day advisory matters, and advise clients in English, Spanish and Italian.
