David is a Partner in Lewis Silkin’s market-leading employment litigation practice. David helps businesses and senior executives to navigate complex issues of employment and partnership law.

He has a particular interest in advising on disputes which involve team moves, breaches of employment and partnership agreements, the appropriation of confidential information and the applicability of restrictive covenants. David frequently act for clients on such matters – often for the purposes of bringing or defending injunction proceedings - in the High Court and through Arbitration. He has significant experience in advising clients in the financial services, technology and built-environment sectors.

He also works with multi-national companies to meet their day-to-day employment law needs and have considerable experience in managing and delivering strategic and commercial advice to organisations dealing with multi-jurisdictional issues.
