David Samuels

I am a Partner in our market-leading Employment litigation practice. I help businesses and senior executives to navigate complex issues of employment and partnership law.

I have a particular interest in advising on disputes involving team moves, breaches of contract, misuse of confidential information and restrictive covenants, and I frequently act in the High Court and through Arbitration. I have significant experience in advising clients in the financial services, technology and built-environment sectors.

I also work with multinational companies to meet their day-to-day employment law needs and have considerable experience in managing and delivering strategic and commercial advice to organisations dealing with multi-jurisdictional issues.

I speak regularly at seminars and training events for clients and other lawyers. I am also frequently asked to comment on employment law issues by news media and have have done so on the Today Programme, BBC News, ITV News, talkRadio, CNN and in the Financial Times.
