Russell Clark is a partner in the trusts and private wealth team in Guernsey. He advises on both contentious and non-contentious trust and private wealth matters. He also advises private clients on succession, estate planning and family governance.
Russell was elected as a member of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (TIAETL) and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

Russell is also a Notary Public and advises on Guernsey, Alderney and Sark law.
Russell was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales before returning to Guernsey where he qualified as an advocate in 1997. He was made partner in 2001. Russell became a Notary Public in 2006.
