His clients include settlors and beneficiaries around the world as well as their trustees and onshore advisers, especially those based in London, Switzerland and the Middle East.

He contributes regularly to industry journals and publications dealing with matters concerning Jersey trusts, foundations and succession law.

Career

Robert started his legal career at Withers LLP in London, where he trained and qualified as an English private client solicitor. He moved to Jersey in 2011, spending five years in Ogier's trusts practice and then moving to Walkers where he established and headed up its trusts and private capital offering in Jersey.

Robert is a Jersey advocate and non-practising English solicitor. He is a member of the technical sub-committee of STEP's Jersey Branch and sits on the government trusts law and foundations law working parties.
