Ruairi is a Partner in William Fry’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency Group. He advises stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency scenarios and special situations including debtors, creditors, insolvency practitioners (receivers, liquidators, examiners), and company directors and has particular experience in large scale, cross border restructurings.

As an experienced commercial litigator Ruairi also advises on contentious matters across his R&I practice and acts for clients in general commercial litigation matters.

Ruairi also frequently advises clients on large scale transactions and solvent reorganisations that are implemented with the sanction of the Irish High Court including takeover schemes, reorganisation schemes of arrangement, insurance portfolio transfers and cross border mergers.
