Rosemary Spaziani

Ro Spaziani is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and co-head of the firm’s Bank Regulatory practice. Ro is recognized as a leading practitioner in the financial institution space, with a unique blend of regulatory and transactional experience both in-house and in private practice. She routinely represents clients before the Federal Reserve, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and state regulators and regularly advises clients on novel charters, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in the development of new deposit, digital asset and payments products and platforms.
