Ronit Amir-Yaniv is a partner in the Competition/Antitrust Department at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy. Renowned for her expertise, she represents a diverse clientele, both local and international, navigating regulatory approvals for mergers, restrictive trade agreements, and compliance programs.

A seasoned professional in handling criminal investigations, financial sanctions, assertions, hearings, and representation before the Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal, Ronit is also instrumental in providing litigation support for antitrust and matters related to white collar crime.

In addition to her role in the Competition/Antitrust Department, Ronit serves as a partner in the High-Tech, and the Corporate and Commercial practice groups within the firm. Offering strategic counsel to corporations in various sectors, including tourism, aviation, food, finance, and insurance, her involvement includes mergers and acquisitions, as well as ongoing legal support through retainer arrangements for day-to-day operational matters.

Ronit is deeply involved in representing numerous startups, hubs, accelerators, and funds, particularly in sectors such as sports-tech, medical, foodtech, agritech, cannabis, travel-tech, proptech/constructech, AI, smart mobility, smart cities, IoT, big data, cloud, and elderly care. She also coordinates the representation of sports associations, teams, and sports-tech entrepreneurs, and extends her expertise to real estate developers marketing their overseas assets to Israelis.

In her leadership capacity, Ronit serves as the chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Israel Executive Committee, and is an active member of the ICC’s Commercial, Competition, and Antitrust global committees. Additionally, she heads the Israeli ICC Competition and Antitrust Committee, and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of ICC Israel. Ronit also holds the position of chair for the antitrust and sports committees of the Israel Bar Association and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Palestinian-Israeli Commercial Arbitration Center.

Beyond her legal practice, Ronit is a dedicated educator, regularly lecturing and leading courses at universities and the Israel Bar on various topics, including high-tech, capital raising, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and sports.

Prior to her legal career, Ronit served as an officer in the intelligence department of the Israeli Air Force. She earned her law degree from Tel Aviv University in 1991 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993. Ronit joined the firm as a partner in 1999.
