Ronald R. Urbach is Chairman of the firm and the Executive Committee, co-chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice Group, and head of the Intellectual Property; Entertainment, Media & Sports and Digital Media, Technology & Privacy Practice Groups. His clients include numerous multinational, national and regional advertising agencies, including those agencies viewed as being the top creative agencies in the world. Mr. Urbach’s extensive practice covers every applicable issue in connection with the creation, production and distribution of advertising, marketing and promotions. Clients appearing before regulatory agencies, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state attorneys general, and other federal, state and local agencies that have jurisdiction over advertising, marketing and promotions, as well as before self-regulatory bodies, including the National Advertising Division (NAD), the broadcast networks and other organizations, often call upon him. In addition, Mr. Urbach is a frequent contributor to the current and future state of advertising, this past year having spoken at numerous conferences across the United States, as well as at the premier advertising industry gathering “Advertising Week” in New York and London.
