Rogelio Palacios Beltrán

He holds a postgraduate diploma in Commercial Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho, Mexico City, and a postgraduate diploma in Constitutional Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2002, graduating with honors for the excellence of his undergraduate thesis.

He has participated as a speaker and panelist at leading insolvency and restructuring conferences across Latin America, including Ibero-American and Latin American Insolvency Congresses held in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, and Argentina (2006–2019). His contributions have addressed topics such as alternative dispute resolution in insolvency proceedings, cross-border insolvency, business crisis management, and market impacts of insolvency law. He has spoken at international forums organized in collaboration with academic institutions and professional associations, including events sponsored by Guerra González y Asociados, S.C. These conferences reflect his long-standing involvement in regional and international discussions on insolvency legislation, restructuring mechanisms, and legal responses to economic crises.
