Rodrigo Rabines advises on negotiations to prevent and resolve contractual disputes between companies in the energy (electricity, gas and oil), banking, sports, transport, telecommunications, building, and gambling and gaming sectors.
He also advises on strategies for administering contracts, including drafting legal reports and designing strategies for preventing and resolving contractual disputes.
He is a defense lawyer in court proceedings and in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings administered by the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Rodrigo is a member of the Callao Bar Association, Peru.
He has published several essays on dispute resolution and has participated as a speaker in academic seminars.
