Rodrigo F Garcia

Rodrigo F. García joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 1998 and became a partner in 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, and has litigated a broad range of cases. His practice includes arbitration, class actions, family law, and complex environmental litigation.

Rodrigo served as an IBA Regional Representative for the Latin America Litigation Committee for 2018/2019 and was included in the Chambers and Partners rankings after receiving solid client endorsements. He was found to be “exceptionally well versed in litigation proceedings, organized, prompt and creative."

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1998, and holds a Master’s degree in corporate and business law from the Universidad Austral in Argentina.
