Rodney Moore is Co-Managing Partner of Weil’s Dallas office and a partner in the Firm’s Private Equity practice. Rodney also spends a significant amount of time in the Firm’s Houston office. He regularly represents private equity firms and public and private companies in acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions. Rodney has considerable experience representing clients in upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions. Clients include Aethon Energy; EIG Global Energy Partners; Magnetar Capital; Fieldwood EnergyKinder Morgan; Cresta Energy; Kellen-Wildcat Holdings; TPG Capital; and BlackBrush Oil & Gas LP.
