In the academic field, Rocío, since 2011, she is a Professor of the Labour Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; and since 2018, Professor of pre- and post-graduates at Universidad del Desarrollo. In addition, she is director of the Chilean Labour Law and Social Security Association (SCHDTSS).
