Diego is the senior associate that leads the intellectual property area at Guerrero Olivos and is a member of the data protection, new technologies and telecommunications areas. He specializes in trademark, patents and copyright strategy, transfer and protection, and in advertising law. He is also an experienced litigator in civil and criminal matters, unfair competition, and has an outstanding track record in the defense of intellectual property rights.

Member of the Enforcement Committee, INTA (2018-2023).

Member of the Trademark Committee, ASIPI (since 2018).

Member of the Technology, Innovation, and Data Committee, AMCHAM (since 2023).

Member of the Ad Hoc Committee of ACHIPI for the Technology Transfer Bill.

Founding Partner and Director, Professional Association of Personal Data Protection of Chile.

Member of the Legal Group of the Chilean Data Centre’s Association.
