Robert W Turken

Robert W. Turken serves as lead counsel in many of the firm's most complex and high profile matters. Bob has extensive experience in antitrust litigation, securities litigation, financial services litigation and class actions, and is Head of the firm's Antitrust and Securities Litigation Teams. Bob represents national and regional corporations in all phases of pretrial, trial and appellate work, and is involved in state and federal courts across the country. His experience has ranged from lead counsel in precedent setting antitrust and national class actions to special litigation counsel in some of the largest bankruptcy cases in the country to special federal appellate counsel and to advisory counsel to the FDIC. He has vast experience representing clients in multidistrict class actions and has served as lead counsel in opt-out actions related to price fixing, conspiracy claims, monopolization and predatory pricing claims.
