Brian L Bilzin

Brian has served as counsel to several of South Florida's foremost public and private companies on complex real estate transactions. His practice includes all major real estate matters, from sales, purchases and leases to financing, workouts and reorganizations. In the area of general corporate law, he also handles mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and lending matters, including structured financings. Brian also represents mezzanine loan lenders (and participation holders therein) in mezzanine credit facilities related to securitized financings. He has extensive experience in the preparation, negotiation and administration of pooling and servicing agreements and related inter-creditor agreements.
