Mitchell E Widom

A seasoned trial attorney, Mitchell E. Widom has extensive expertise in class action and complex product liability, and he also helps clients untangle and solve complex partnership disputes. Among other civil matters, he has handled litigation involving class actions, multi-district litigation, antitrust, probate and will contests, construction, intellectual property, partnership disputes, insurance, land use litigation, and bankruptcy preference and fraudulent transfers. He has represented major corporate defendants in lengthy and prominent jury trials, and he has been appointed over 25 times by judges in Miami-Dade County to act as a Special Master for evidentiary hearings and discovery disputes.
