Mr. Buckholz also advises clients on governance and corporate law matters and co-authored the āPublic Company Deskbook,ā published by PLI. Mr. Buckholz has advised on debt and equity offerings for clients such as by American International Group, American Water, Bank of Montreal, Becton Dickinson, Canadian National Railway, Enbridge, QuĆ©bec and Tyco Electronics.
