Bob Alpert leads the Class Action, Products Liability, and Mass Torts practices at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. His practice centers on complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts, focusing on class actions, product liability, toxic torts, and commercial disputes.
He represents clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, retail, and real estate. His practice includes managing multi-party litigation, coordinating national defense strategies, and serving as lead counsel in high-exposure matters. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance litigation, public nuisance claims, and business torts.
In addition to his trial and litigation practice, Alpert handles insurance coverage matters involving commercial general liability, errors and omissions, property, and D&O policies.
