Rob Mindell is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in London. He leads A&M’s EMEA Reputation Advisory practice. He is a recognized expert in the market, having advised clients through landmark restructuring, transactions, litigation, and crisis events.

Mr. Mindell specializes in helping boards and executive leaders assess and mitigate reputational risks, engaging with the media and corporate stakeholders to protect and enhance the value of the underlying business. His experience includes representing clients through high-profile restructuring mandates, agenda-setting legal cases, and M&A transactions worth over £25 billion. His pro bono work has included crisis support for NHS England through critical junctures of the COVID-19 pandemic and communications advisory for the National Pro Bono Centre.

Mr. Mindell earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge. He has further qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments.
