Richard Moore

I advise UK-based and multi-national companies on all aspects of labour and employment law, with a particular focus on employment issues arising on corporate mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing transactions.

I also advise on international employment law, regularly leading on large cross-border employment projects. I work across a wide range of sectors, including in the advertising & marketing, manufacturing, technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Trained at Eversheds and qualified into their employment team in 2009. Joined Lewis Silkin as an Associate in 2015, promoted to Senior Associate in 2016, Managing Associate in 2017, became Partner in 2018.

Richard studied French and German at BA and MA level at Swansea University, converted to law by undertaking the GDL at the University of South Wales and the LPC at Cardiff University. Lives in Cardiff, is married with 3 children and a Chocolate Labrador and his hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, playing tennis and cycling.
