Litigation in the High Court and in employment tribunals, as well as appeals and arbitrations, in commercial and statutory employment, including claims concerning directors' and employees' duties, remuneration, protection of confidential information and post-termination restrictions, team moves and conspiracy, and claims concerning discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE.

Recent cases include: Tinkler v Esken [2024] EWHC 1490 (Ch) [2024] 1 WLR 108; [2023] Ch 451; [2022] Costs LR 1265 [2022] EWHC 1375 (Ch) [2019] EWHC 258 (Comm) (boardroom dispute with a shareholder/executive director; unsuccessful challenge to judgment on basis that obtained by fraud); SPI v Zabelin [2024] IRLR 285 (approach to ACAS uplift); Matovu v 2TG [2023] EAT 58 (allegations of tribunal bias); Gagliardi v Evolution Capital Management [2023] IRLR 920 (anti-suit injunction); Richards v Speechly Bircham LLP (professional negligence); Burnell v Trans-Tag Ltd [2021] EWHC 1457 (Ch) (scope of continuing duty after directorship); Hallett v Royal Derby Hospitals [2019] EWCA Civ 1394 (national test case on rest breaks for junior doctors); Pease v Henderson [2019] EWCA Civ 158 (construction of a contract permitting the transfer of funds between asset managers); Alesco v Bishopsgate (2019, team move between insurance companies).
