Renato Paternollo

Renato Paternollo heads the Italian tax practice group, specialising in major tax audits, tax assessments, tax-led criminal investigations and litigations affecting multinational groups, in connection with transactions or corporate structures challenged on the basis of the ‘abuse of law’ principles, transfer pricing and deemed permanent establishments.

Joined as a partner in 2001 after being a partner at a major Italian law firm.

Dottore Commercialista (chartered accountant admitted to practice in front of tax courts) in 1989.
