Rebecca is an experienced and versatile barrister acting across the range of commercial disputes, with particular specialties in banking and finance, civil fraud, company law and international arbitration.
Rebecca regularly acts in complex and high-value commercial disputes, often in developing areas of law. She is a valued addition to any team, and is currently acting for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in an ongoing US$1billion fraud claim arising out of the collapse of the NMC Health group.
Rebecca is also sought after as sole counsel in both litigation and arbitration.
