Rebecca joined Osborne Clarke’s Thames Valley office as a newly qualified lawyer in 2000. She subsequently spent some time working for Gilbert and Tobin in Sydney before returning to OC. Rebecca completed a secondment with the financial sponsors team at a major clearing bank which gave her a valuable insight into the demands and challenges faced by clients.
Her key clients include NatWest, Lloyds Banking Group, Santander and HSBC and she is experienced at leading bilateral and syndicated transactions both in the UK and across multiple jurisdictions with a particular focus on healthcare, technology and retail businesses.

I value Rebecca Scott's input immensely and she is always there to assist and advise. I never have a bad experience with her; she is very user-friendly and always picks up the phone.
Rebecca is very thorough and detailed, which is always great, and good at communicating the requirements and desired outcome. She is always very much to the point and not afraid of being realistic.
