Becky represents clients in high-stakes government contracts disputes and litigation before the Government Accountability Office (AGO), federal courts, and the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition. Her practice spans bid protests, contract claims before agency boards of contract appeals, False Claims Act defense, and civil litigation with the Department of Justice.

Becky also advises contractors on compliance with federal procurement regulations, including defective pricing, cost allowability, teaming arrangements, and novations. She conducts due diligence for government contractor mergers and acquisitions and advises on post-transaction integration matters.
