We continue to redefine our practice in response to the needs of multi-national clients with increasing cross border interests in the sub-Saharan region.

Our focus areas include engaging and moving employees (immigration), employee risk and investigations, business transfers, outsourcing, and the employment consequences of all forms of business restructuring, industrial relations and collective bargaining (including union recognition), and dispute resolution, including mediation with a special focus on board room disputes, executive dismissals, discrimination and biased labour practice claims and judicial review of tribunal decisions.

We also do a great deal of immigration work. We consistently provide advice on all immigration matters including immigration related applications, filing for special passes and work permits.
