Rachelle Dubow’s practice focuses on counseling, protection, and licensing of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution and global brand management. Recognized for her exceptional work by World Trademark Review, The Best Lawyers in America, and The Legal 500 US, Rachelle assists domestic and multinational companies in the selection, clearance, registration, and enforcement of trademarks, the licensing of trademark rights, and the assignment and integration of trademark rights acquired in commercial transactions. Rachelle is currently serving as Board Counsel for the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has previously served on the association’s Board of Directors. In addition, she serves as managing partner of the firm's Boston office and global chair of the ML Women Steering Committee.
