Career

Rabeth is a partner in the Corporate Area of Osterling Abogados. He advises insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance brokers and auxiliaries, as well as companies and individuals, on issues related to claims handling, policy coverage and regulatory issues in the insurance business. He specialises in advising on the handling of claims under Civil Liability Insurance.

Throughout his career he has participated in the development of insurance products, preparation of insurance programmes and policies, seeking innovative solutions in the resolution of disputes arising from the drafting of insurance and reinsurance terms and conditions. He has participated in multiple judicial and arbitration proceedings, as well as in administrative procedures, complaints before the Defensoría del Asegurado, Superintendency of Banking, Insurance & AFP and Indecopi.
