Joyce focuses on designing recruitment (direct and indirect), remuneration, compensation, and individual/collective termination policies and finding solutions to avoid or minimize labour disputes faced by the administrative and judicial authorities.
She also specializes in implementing and proper operation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in companies. She is a specialist in immigration processes, especially on regard regulations that rule whether recruitments of expats or international allocations (work visas, business visas, residence and travel permits, etc.) and in gender focus issues such as non-remunerative discrimination based on gender (between men and women) and policies for the prevention of workplace sexual harassment.
