Senior partner of Osterling Abogados. He leads the Labour & Employment area of the firm. He is an expert in labour law, social security law and administrative law.

Ary is distinguished by his effectiveness in resolving labour and trade union disputes, as well as in designing and implementing contracts, agreements and collective bargaining agreements. It also has significant experience in handling judicial and administrative proceedings in labour matters.

In the area of collective bargaining, he represents mining, fishing and industrial companies and pension fund administrators, among others, and has served as arbitrator appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Promotion to resolve disputes of this nature.

He has been a member of the Labour Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, and a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank on public finance reform and remuneration policies.
