He successfully advises most of the major companies operating in the Peruvian insurance sector, as well as the main brokers, adjusters and policyholders. His advice is comprehensive as he fully understands the contractual and regulatory aspects of the local market, which allows him to effectively represent his clients’ interests in negotiations and dispute resolution, both arbitral and judicial. To date, he has been involved in claims analysis, interpretation of various types of policies, discussion of coverage and liability, property and construction risks. His knowledge of construction law has given him a high level of expertise in the analysis and interpretation of CAR policies.

Gabriel has more than 15 years of experience successfully representing local and foreign clients in arbitrations before the arbitration centres of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (Amcham), among other courts.

In the field of public law, he has significant experience in Public Procurement; it is worth mentioning his great knowledge of this field as applied to the pharmaceutical industry.

He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars related to the insurance and arbitration sector.
