Managing Partner and head of the Intellectual Property and Competition practice group. He has an extensive experience as strategic adviser and litigator in respect of a wide range of intellectual property mandates and disputes.

Arturo’s practice is mainly focused on trademarks and patents, copyrights, domain names, licenses, and franchises. His non-contentious experience includes advising on trademark prosecution, custody and licensing, distribution agreements, franchises and the intellectual property and technology aspects of acquisitions, listings, and a range of other transactions. He also holds a substantial track record of success in trademark enforcement and IP litigation.

Arturo is also well versed in anti-counterfeiting and unfair competition matters as well as in advertisement, consumer law, data protection and sanitary registrations.

In addition to his IP work, his professional practice also includes corporate consultancy and due diligence work as part of complex M&A deals.
