Has also built and expanded numerous client teams around effective communications strategies and alternative fee arrangements.

Former chair, firm’s Labor & Employment Group (1999–2004 and 2014–2018).

Lectures and writes extensively in all areas of labor and employment law. Frequent speaker and panelist for the American Management Association and the Institute for Applied Management and Law and other professional organizations.
