Peter Jarosz has over 25 years of international trade law experience. His practice focuses on anti-dumping, countervailing (anti-subsidy) and safeguards. He assists clients on matters relating to import/export compliance, including export controls, defence production and controlled goods, customs duties (tariff classification, value for duty and rules of origin), and Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) issues.
