Focuses on customs, economic sanctions, export, import and technology transfer controls, defence trade controls, negotiation and disputes of government contracts, blocking measures (Cuba), antidumping, countervail and safeguard disputes, and anti-corruption and anti-forced labour enforcement and compliance. Appointed by the Government of Canada to the roster of arbitrators appointed to hear trade remedy disputes under the CUSMA, formerly legal counsel to the Canada International Trade Tribunal. Former legal counsel with Livingston International Inc.
