Peter’s clients have relied on him to litigate disputes involving a wide range of innovations, including ground-breaking cancer treatments, advanced gas turbine engine technology and wireless communication and tracking systems.
Peter has acted as lead counsel in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Outside the US, Peter has worked with counsel around the globe to provide coordinated litigation responses in multi-jurisdictional cases. Peter also provides comprehensive litigation avoidance advice for clients undertaking and managing commercial transactions, including those involving the licensing of intellectual property.
